Hello welcome to Yogawinemom. Where everyone is welcome, especially if you are a mom and love yoga or wine. I'm first and foremost a mom! A proud mother of four beautiful children...with whom I have found my purpose in life! I know as a mother the way you feel for your children and I understand how busy your life is! We want the best for our children. They are pure, innocent, energizing, fun, challenging, and in the word that describes them best LOVE!!!!! As a Yogi, I try to bring peace and balance to motherhood. My goal each and every day is to enjoy each moment with my children, help them grow and learn while I enjoy the process. This must be done in a healthy way! YOU CAN DO IT MOMS!!! One hour a day is what I encourage each and every one of you to give yourself. Whether its to eat lunch with a friend...do a session of yoga/meditation...go for a run...spend time at a bookstore with your spouse or sit in your special place and read! You have to give yourself that one hour to rejuvenate and honor the preciousness of your life. We've touched on Motherhood...Yoga and now you are probably wondering about the Wine. I truly believe everything is good for you in moderation. A glass of wine in moderation is good for you....doctors and scientist say so RIGHT??? "Moderate consumption of red wine on a regular basis may be a preventative against coronary disease and some forms of cancer". Plus guess what? It tastes good! That is why I'm a YOGAWINEMOM.
