This is a restaurant / bar right in the center of Greenwich, CT. On Greenwich Avenue to be exact which is the main thoroughfare in this awesome shopping town. Awesome as in Lily Pulitzer, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Tiffany... just to name a few. Let's just call it the Rodeo Drive of the east.

Anyway as you can imagine in such a location The Gingerman attracts it's fair share of celebs. Locals like Cathy Lee Griffin and Diana Ross and celebutourists from nearby NYC. George Cloony was see here not long ago.

For warm winter dining and drinking there's a fireplace which adds great ambience. A wide selection of beers, wines and spirits, not to mention friendly and attractive patrons, made for a fun and satisfying happy hour when I was there.
