The Bloody Mary is more than a drink, it's a meal. Forget the mere celery stalk garnish and get creative. Think jalepeno stuffed olives, pickle spears, cocktail shrimp, or how about mozzarella balls and grape tomatoes skewered and dunked in that spicy mix drink! Make the garnish part of the event.
Ingredients
  • 2 oz Tito's Vodka
  • .5 unit/s Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 6-8 dash/es Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4-6 dash/es Tabasco Sauce
  • 2-3 dash/es Peychaud's Bitters
  • 3 dash/es Celery Salt
  • 2 dash/es White Pepper
  • 2 dash/es Garlic Powder
  • 2 dash/es Onion Powder
  • 5 oz Clamato Juice (approximately)
  • - unit/s Coarse Salt for Rimming Glass
Blending Instructions
  • Slide half of a fresh lime around the rim of a Collins glass.
  • Dip the rim in coarse salt and then fill two-thirds with ice.
  • Season the glass with the peppers and powders first, sauces second and then the squeeze of lime.
  • Pour in the Tito's Vodka.
  • Top off with Clamato Juice.
  • Garnish with your favorite Bloody Mary nibbles.
